Pros
Unlike a lot of large companies, this one allows 100 percent telecommute in IT assuming you have the right skills. Pay is competitive, stress is low, and resources abundant. The culture, 401K, holidays, and health benefits are great, among the best I've encountered in 20 years. I've seen regular pay raises over the 4 years I've worked there. It would take a lot for me to give up this job for another.
Cons
Like many large companies, team silos can be a problem--you have to work sometimes at getting the responses needed to get your projects up and running. Starting vacation is only 2 weeks but you can take unpaid time off if needed.
