Pros
- New leadership in the right positions - Cleaned house a few months ago - making smart use of capital - Excellent, talented people who operate as a genuine team - Very nice office amenities at St. James Place - Training is thorough and straightforward - Management (at least in certain departments) will seek to utilize your talents and interests to the fullest... just as it should be - If you live intown and don't want to commute to the Energy Corridor, the location is a godsend - Apparent lack of backstabbers, micro-managers and drama queens. People come in ready to work, and care about the work they do until they've put out the best product possible.
Cons
- Galleria traffic. It's still better than having to leave the warm embrace of Houston for Beltway 8. - Learning curve if you're not already an oil & gas expert. Fortunately, they'll provide you with the tools you need to learn more about the industry.
