      1. Good Office Infrastructure 2. People are good and supportive. I mean most of the people, You find few jerks everywhere. 3. A great company if you want to work in the Market Research Domain.

      Cons

      1. Night Shifts 2. Work is not Challenging enough and becomes boring after a while. 3. Please don't start your career here if you want to work in pure IT.

      Pros

      Very flexible, agile and nimble. Open to sharing info, allowed to move around the org to learn and grow. Management is open to hearing any and all complaints whenever one needs to express. Absolute transparency in top-down flow of information, culture and values. Direct access to the CEO and leadership to the most junior associates as well, without any bureaucracy or red tapes. Lowest attrition in the industry. Very high return rate of employees.

      Cons

      Family quotient is missing as there are no programs to immerse families in the work culture.
