      Don't mess up with your career atleast for Testers and Developers

      Development managers don't know a single programming language. Testing managers with just knowledge of Manual Testing are handling the development team as well as testing team. You will be forced to work for 12 to 14 hours a days and if you disagree then you threatened that you will be thrown out of the organisation. Managers will use abusive language in meeting in front of everyone. If you perform well then you will be made to slog more. Managers will constantly demotivate you and get their work done. At the time of appraisal all your small negative points will be highlighted and they will give little or no hike. False promises will be given to you regarding the technology you will work on and the work you will get will be miserable and won't add any value to your resume. It is a company where they don't plan anything they don't even a proper SDLC or STLC model nor they have any knowledge of how the product is developed. They will try to get the work done by threatening you.

      - Opportunity to work for international clients in Market research and Online retail - Provide transport, medical and tax-friendly salary structures - There are some leaders who are truely inspiring and can take the company to a new level

      - No Growth, prepare to get stagnated - High initial hike, if you negotiate well.. but be prepared for 3 years of being where you are - Get into the good books of the right people fast, or be ignored - Poor HR function. Is led by an Operational person who is deeply political - Revenue growth low since 2009. Profitability dipping consistently.. people dont grow if the company doesnt grow - Currently at crossroads - current business lines shrinking.. a promising business line - Business Analytics shut down due to politics.. not knowing the direction to profitability and growth.. good people consistently leaving to join competitors and company has no clue what to do

      - Shuttle service to ensure you safely reach hell - Gym to ensure you vent somewhere else instead of breaking your PC - Contemporary office space as fabulous as a claustrophobic mental asylum - Great canteen where they don't serve enough to feed your manager's ego - Mediclaim to hopefully heal you after the company's relentless harassment - Attend fun namesake appraisal meetings to know incompetent you are
