Development managers don't know a single programming language. Testing managers with just knowledge of Manual Testing are handling the development team as well as testing team. You will be forced to work for 12 to 14 hours a days and if you disagree then you threatened that you will be thrown out of the organisation. Managers will use abusive language in meeting in front of everyone. If you perform well then you will be made to slog more. Managers will constantly demotivate you and get their work done. At the time of appraisal all your small negative points will be highlighted and they will give little or no hike. False promises will be given to you regarding the technology you will work on and the work you will get will be miserable and won't add any value to your resume. It is a company where they don't plan anything they don't even a proper SDLC or STLC model nor they have any knowledge of how the product is developed. They will try to get the work done by threatening you.
