Very disappointing.

Pros

You receive salary on time.

Cons

The senior management is egoistic and arrogant. Some people are in the organization since decades and it's their team members' duty to listen to everything they say without questioning or reasoning. You cannot express your suggestions or ideas for projects. The hierarchy is very weird. Politics is so apparent here that even the juniors will sing along with the senior members just to come under their good books. HR is not very responsive. The hike is 1-5%. New joiners can get 15% max.

Pros

Enjoyed working with few colleagues who already left the organization. Playing carrom in cafeteria was fun. Location was okay in Thane. Sometimes required to work in Goregaon too.

Cons

Joining this company was a big mistake. I was hired for Automation profile. However after working on Selenium - TestNG for 2 months, I was moved to a manual testing project and then no one in team was working on any automation project. After working hard for a year the increment that was provided as too less. The increment will make a very less difference in salary. You have to work extra time daily around 2 to 3 hours more. The Managers and Team leads are not technical and won't be able to help in architecture nor even in any manual tasks other than giving improper deadlines. CTO and Technical Architect themselves have left the organization and work remaining in retail tech and other departments is more related to manual and data testing though hired for automation profile. You might also need to work on weekends. Many of the good reviews posted here are fake. So beware before you join this position. They might also give different title like Software quality analyst but the work they provide has no real value. No real testing profile and more of dominance by your managers and team leads.

Pros

None. Lacks basic things like respect for alumni.

Cons

1. Company relieves you and then asks for a humongous recovery amount because they released you early. 2. Company treats you like a robot and tries to force employees to conform. 3. Best place to work is a farce. They make employees rate high for the company. 4. Lacks leadership and oversight in equal amounts. Unethical practices when followed are ignored by seniors. 5. The older employees are treated with disrepect. 6. Newer employees are treated like crap. 7. Highly biased towards specific office in Mumbai. Even goregaon guys feel the unfairness. Bangalore, Coimbatore they dont even consider humans. 8. What technical work? You will lose your skills while at the company. 9. Once you realize that the company will not reward you, you leave. But they will poke you even after you have left. 10. Literally running on autopilot and the plane called Ugam is crashing.
