Pros

24*7 coffee machine. Good infra structure.

Cons

The Market Research operations are worst. They do not want humans in organisation. You cannot take leaves, cannot take system holidays unless begged for it. They need people who can work 24*7 with 9 hr per day salary. Politics and favoritism. Suffocate employees with tie ups with competent companies. Only one of 100 employees get good growth. Other Employees either waste their career with no growth no hike or leave the company. Its difficult to leave the company because they don't hired with current profile as survey programmer.

List goes on and on .....

Pros

1. the company culture is lively and inclusive. 2. Middle management people are mostly the ones who have been with the company forever. They know their clients in and out and have great rapport which comes handy while protecting juniors. 3. home drop facility 4. safe place for female employees 5. They don't kick out employees for cost cutting. Even for poor performers, they try additional training programs before making a decision.

Cons

1. favoritism and politics at higher level. 2. if your boss is not his boss's favorite, you may grow very slowly in terms of compensation and opportunity 3. forget work life balance 4. you may feel stuck and underconfidant to try for job elsewhere after a few years because you might be doing same type of work during those years.
