Lacking A Lot of Incentives

-Helpful team members and good training for new employees -Competitive starting salary, but once hired there are no increases or bonuses so only way to maintain market value is to leave company

Cons

-There is no bonus for regular employees, only managers -No annual merit increase for as long as I have been with the company -Wants employees to go back to work in the office to build “company culture” but there isn’t event an annual company holiday party for employees. -No incentives used to build employee morale -No clear career ladder or information on how to advance to a better position -Horrible onboarding for new employees. HR is not involved at all. I learned everything about benefits and other policies from coworkers
