the people and teamwork / group effort to finish tasks effectively and efficiently

Cons

career suicide. zero progression or training. it seems like about the only way to be promoted is to put in your resignation. everybody with tenure is in the same boat watching the dangling promotion carrot as management tries to define what exactly are the competencies that everyone should be graded on and then figure out how to go about assessing them.

Company has not dissolved completely yet. Company still has some vehicles.

Cons

Micro management supreme to get rid of staff when they need to cut costs. Seems everyone still around in US is close to retirement or waiting till it's all over. Company is obviously only interested in its Middle East operations, all resources are flowing to that region.
