      Pros

      The site on Post Oak offers free parking. You also get an office or a cubicle depending on your seniority.

      Cons

      Low Morale, Low Pay, Bonus Freezes, Salary Freezes, Low Promotion Rate, No Change. There are a substantial number of people within the organization that I know personally who are currently looking elsewhere. There are several reasons behind this. Most of which I have outlined in the first sentence of this paragraph. Oftentimes also, open positions might be open for up to a year. So, if you see something that has been open for 3 months, don't get your hopes up. They are very selective in the hiring process. If you have no other job offers, I would take this place as a Resume builder for a year or two, otherwise I would look elsewhere and get paid your fair market value. Money not earned is money lost.

      Pros

      - Good learning environment. On the job training is excellent for recent college grads. - Co-Workers are wonderful people. - Great location. - Insurance benefits are great for parents. (esp. those with more than one child)

      Cons

      - Pay is not competitive by any means. - Hours can be ridiculous. Employees are asked to work on some company holidays. - Don't even think about a promotion or noticeable increase in pay. - Thankless work. Upper mgmt. is terribly ungrateful.
