Pockets of departments with "screaming meanies" and protected bullies. Against better judgment, nice people continue to perpetuate manual and or inefficient administrative processes when they are well aware of control flaws. Extended closing process. Extended order to cash process. etc.

Has lots of nice programs, software, products, etc. One of the major 4 service companies albeit at the bottom of that list. Pay can be higher than other companies to help compensate for the Cons.

Cons

Does not recognize the value of its employees. Lack of systems, processes, controls, employee development, pay reviews. Lack of employee mentoring, development and motivational measures.
