Travel coverage. Typical sales oriented, more sales more money your boss will be happier. Knowledge? No one cares.

Cons

Poor management. No smart people here, people are just copying and pasting the old stuffs and make them new again. Don't expect you will grow with the company. No encouragement for employees to further studying. Zero integrity.

Pros

Every operational area is very different but my experience in the Rockies had the following pros: - Good operational support (technical, repair, maintenance) - Excellent training for engineers - Competitive compensation and benefits - Reasonable flexibility - Safety minded

Cons

Some of this might go without saying, but; - Hard work physically and demanding hours - Middle management is generally incompetent and diconnected from operations - Can be difficult to advance your career, expect to change companies in order to be promoted

Cons

Poor management, Ethics & HSE ..management appears to be taking baby steps in fixing these .. Lots of Nepotism Exists. No proper employee evaluation or a system in place to track it...
