Work and life balance is somehow still there even when the company is plunging down...
Cons
- Employees always get hit by the cost saving initiatives due to recession. Forced No, Pay Leave, Force leave, Leave buy-offs etc. No replacement headcount for leavers. - No salary increments since 2014, but Top Management still gets promotion and restructuring. - Doesn't cost save unnecessary offices rent to be released or pause housing/car privilege for management but always RIF people.
