Hybrid schedule working from home two days a week.

Cons

High turnover. They will terminate you for anything. I noticed people I had contact with would be gone and another person in their place. The company will lie about your performance for the reason(s) as termination.

Great People, Poor ELT leadership

Great work ethic from staff who go above and beyond to deliver the leadership’s expectations and customers needs. CEO is great but i think their is weakness in the ELT under him that is harming overall performance.

Cons

Changes in the ELT has driven the culture to an all time low. Lack of communication/direction with changes implemented on short notice with no consolation with the staff that needs to do it. Increases the stress and workloads with more staff burning out
