Pros

-Genuine investment from top management in the company is a welcomed change to its overarching vision and philosophy -Great, collaborative work atmosphere makes you feel "at home" -Projects present solid challenges that allow you to grow both as a consultant and as a person -Senior management team is properly structured, with each of its member fulfilling a key role in helping the company to scale -Awesome support from HR and IT departments

Cons

-Many challenges still lie ahead before reaching operational excellence -Constant pressure to deliver under (often) unrealistic deadlines and/or expectations -Projects are sometimes undermanned and/or staffed without respect to the individual's expertise -Some sort of disconnect between the vision statement and its actual implementation within the organization (middle management is still a bottleneck, still too bottom-up of an approach) -Most projects are centered around a unique, monolithic technical stack that is proprietary to these specific technologies and frameworks

Pros

Working with people who know their stuff.

Cons

Management says they care but when you speak your voice up, they only walk on you.Leadership is way too focused on revenue and maximizing profits, meanwhile employees are extremely overworked and micromanaged. Glad I'm out of this place.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your overall experience at Processia was not pleasant. Processia is a firm where managers and executives are actually accessible. Whether we are talking about the open door policy or the management style, we are indeed recognized by our employees for that aspect, based on the recent surveys conducted in all regions. Leadership is indeed focused on revenues: it's a consulting firm, not a NPO. That being said, we invest a lot on our employees development, offer professional and personal balance. Sometimes, for certain projects, some consultants will be asked to do overtime and they will be compensated for that. But that's the exception and not the rule. As it pertains to people management, we empower managers to be autonomous and manage their teams their own way. Some of them might be more directive than others but at the end of the day, we encourage everyone to live our values based on ambition, performance, pro-activity and teamwork.

No open communication

Pros

Great opportunity to learn and have experience.

Cons

It wasn't a pleasant working experience here. It seemed like the management is nonexistent because there's no open communication. There was no one to talk to if you have any concerns about your job or work condition. Trying to set an appointment with your manager is not the norm and would seem like a negative thing.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your overall experience at Processia was not pleasant. Happy to know though that we did offer great opportunities for learning and expanding your professional experience: it's part of our DNA, as a consulting form, to develop your "employability". Processia is a firm where managers and executives are actually accessible. Whether we are talking about the open door policy or the management style, we are indeed recognized by our employees for that aspect, based on the recent surveys conducted in all regions. And by experience, I can tell that the managers and exec are indeed accessible: we just have to observe what's going on at the cafeteria. Some groups composed by employees and managers will take a breakfast all together several times a week. When there is a rush at the free coffee machine, you can see that people are engaging into conversations, notwithstanding their role or level of seniority. We are also addressing the question of internal communication more globally and are currently working on different sets of solutions to be implemented in the next couple of weeks, in order to give more visibility to everyone within the firm on what initiatives the other regions are involved in, following the motto "Think Global Act Local". Besides, HR Managers are also available, should someone have a question or a concern about job, work condition or else.
