Pros
I was an expat from Canada, so I had a very good compensation plan on top of my competitive salary. The upper management has an "open door" policy. So they were always accessible and were ready to listen to you. The company allowed me to unleash my potential and grow. If you want to take on chanllenges and bigger roles, this is the place to be. I held more than 3 different important positions/roles in the company within just under 3 years... So yes, there is room for developping your career if this is what you are looking for. The ambiance with the collegues is just super amazing and fun! The company is continuously looking to grow.
Cons
The company is not perfect but at least the management ends up responding to the wake up calls and reacts.
