Pros

I have been working for Processia for just a short time, but the on-boarding process was very easy and streamlined. The people are genuine and friendly, and honest about the kind of work that can be expected. The company is fast adapting to the current time of work from home, and the projects are still advancing at a nice pace. Team is young and dynamic, and there is a lot of freedom in execution of the tasks.

Cons

Since the teams work in separate projects, experiences can vary. Initiatives are put in place to query the personnel on their work experience to identify an address potential issues. Working between an end client and a software developer can be challenging, and limit your ability to find creative solutions.

Lunatic boss

Pros

Not any pros except maybe benefits at some point

Cons

Micromanaged by a lunatic, zero stability, hostile work environment. Treated like a third graders. Belittled by management. Under paid. Expected to work overtime without pay. You rarely do the job you were hired for. During the interview, I was told I would be doing a very specific job. After I started, all of that changed. I was fortunate to leave on my own accord

Hi and thank you for sharing your feedback. I think your experience is definitely worth a deep dive and should we have known that before, specially the micro-management aspect, we would for sure have taken actions accordingly to address the situation and see how it could have been improved. It's important to us as an employer of choice to make sure everyone feels free to innovate, create and be happy at work.

Work-life balance is a challenge

Business Outlook

Pros

Many career-related learning opportunities were available.

Cons

Maintaining the right work-life balance was a huge challenges as the work interfered with my personal life too often. I hated when I had to reply to calls and emails associated with work during non-working hours.

Hello there and thanks for sharing your feedback. Working in a consulting firm, in a fast paced environment, for sure involves sometimes doing the extra mile to make our customers happy and satisfied. That being said, it should not interfere with work-life balance. We are continuously working towards a more balanced model and when we benchmark and look at what's being done in other firms, we are confident that we are able to offer that balance.
