Pros
I joined Processia in 2016. At this time, I've been with them for 4 and a half years.
When I started, I was a Solution Architect, "on loan" to our French office, living in France. From there, I worked for French customers but also for a UK-based F1 team. I got to travel.
I went back living to Canada in 2018, where on top of being a Team Leader in our Practice departement, I had Canadian customers as well as US-based ones that made me travel to the US and also to Asia. In 2020, I have been promoted to Manager of my Practice where I lead an amazing team of people based in Canada and in the US.
Granted, working abroad is not someting that happens everyday at Processia. But. Provided a good timing, opportunities and a will for it, it can and does happen.
Working on interesting projects that will expand your PLM knowledge and capabilties at leading projects or their solution design. You're ambition driven? Collaborative? There's a place for you here.
Cons
Like everywhere, not everything is green.
Work-Life balance can be affected at times. When you read "ambition driven" in a job offer or in a review like this one, it will mean having to invest yourself. But we do seek to provide a balance and accurate compensation.
