Pros

You still get paid from them not letting you do your job.

Cons

The manager is a control freak. You won't have the freedom to try and make your own customization or even have a say in it. Your opinion is not even welcome and ignore whatever you have to say. You're just there to look, listen, and provide support.

Hello there, I'm sorry to read about the experience you had at Processia. We take comments and feedback about employee experience very seriously. While your supervisor is supposed to give you guidance and support in delivering solutions to our clients and supporting you in your own personal development, you should also be able to express yourself and come with your colors and ideas. This is typically a situation when you should reach out to HR, if you don't feel there is enough space to engage a conversation with your supervisor. So, I'd like to invite you to get in touch with us: humanresources@processia.com. This might actually be an opportunity to find solutions which we could make possible in a very timely manner. And if it enables us to reconnect the communication channel with your supervisor, and mostly to give you space to express yourself and make a difference, we will be more than happy. Feel free to reach out!

Pros

I joined Processia in 2016. At this time, I've been with them for 4 and a half years. When I started, I was a Solution Architect, "on loan" to our French office, living in France. From there, I worked for French customers but also for a UK-based F1 team. I got to travel. I went back living to Canada in 2018, where on top of being a Team Leader in our Practice departement, I had Canadian customers as well as US-based ones that made me travel to the US and also to Asia. In 2020, I have been promoted to Manager of my Practice where I lead an amazing team of people based in Canada and in the US. Granted, working abroad is not someting that happens everyday at Processia. But. Provided a good timing, opportunities and a will for it, it can and does happen. Working on interesting projects that will expand your PLM knowledge and capabilties at leading projects or their solution design. You're ambition driven? Collaborative? There's a place for you here.

Cons

Like everywhere, not everything is green. Work-Life balance can be affected at times. When you read "ambition driven" in a job offer or in a review like this one, it will mean having to invest yourself. But we do seek to provide a balance and accurate compensation.

Pros

I joined in 2017 as a PLM consultant, and 3 three years later, I am now a project manager. I have been identified as a top talent, and I gave to the company and the company has invested in me. Processia is a company where you can embrace people's skills and work with smart people. You will definitely learn a lot. If you are interested in having a better portfolio project wise, I will recommend you to join. The firm strategy has been refreshed from the bottom-up perspective last year with the venue of new PMO and Global sales VP. Structure of the company has been reviewed based on the growth and the voice of the operations. We are literally moving from project to program management. If you want to have a career opportunity in digital transformation, join Processia. The central key and what makes the DNA of processia is the people. You will love the ambiance and work with Processia team members.

Cons

The work-life balance can be impacted depending on your investment in your project, especially with the COVID-19 context. But the middle management is really taking care of their staff by providing guidance, and there is always someone to talk to.

Hello there! Thank you very much for sharing your experience at Processia so far. We are happy and grateful to see that what we want to provide and deliver as a services firm and an employer of choice makes sense to you too. And also glad to hear that you do feel supported and guided in your journey with us. Covid-19 did impact work-life balance as you said and we are currently - as you probably know - to find creative ways to tackle that challenge. It's not easy though with all the different factors and stakeholders we want to consider, in order to have a holistic approach. But what's a challenge if it's too easy, right? Thank you for your comments and best of luck in your career!
