Business Outlook
Pros
This was once upon a time a great place to work, with great people and promise of opportunity. The benefits were great and company morale was high. Prior management and team members worked together, and made for a fun working environment.
Cons
One by one, all the long-term, under-valued employees began to resign. Upon leaving, the atmosphere was very negative- employees were unhappy, overworked, unmotivated and lacking opportunity. Current management is unapproachable and unprofessional. Communication between team members and departments is severely lacking, and often extremely unprofessional.
