Some experienced employees who gave 30 years+ to the company and nearing retirement were fired recently. Contradictory communication from the top about the reasons. Employees can't trust the managers anymore. Repeatedly broke assurances about job safety. They clearly have a target list of employees they want gone but not honest about it. They're firing someone every 2 months after building backup. HR is on the backfoot after they were caught by ATO underpaying Super by millions.
