Pros
Working with a variety of people on a multitude of different sites, the teams I have worked with have been accommodating, motivated and committed to their customers. They are supportive of each other and encouraging personal development so that the company develops as a whole. Having been on the Fast Track Talent Programme, I have been supported in my development and now work as a manager within XPO. My team and manager are brilliant, willing to share their knowledge and experience so that we get the best result. I am trusted and given responsibility even in the early stages of my career. I have always felt supported and happy to be part of XPO.
