      Pros

      We were just absorbed into XPO logistics as part of the recent number of acquisitions XPO has made over the last year, so at least I don't have to say I went out of my way to apply here and made this choice for myself.

      Cons

      Upper management is cutting off all the limbs of the business to save its face and its going to come back to bite them big time in the end when there's no account left.

      Great opportunities to progress and further your career. Diverse company with a large range of contracts to work on whether that is E commerce, warehousing or transport. The support network within the business is one of the benefits of working for XPO, it might be from your manager or a colleague in another business unit there is always someone who is encouraging you to succeed
