      The logo makes sense for the long run

      Cons

      From a broker and supply chain standpoint it is difficult to imagine how any acquisition could result in real accretive returns let alone substantial efficiency considering there is no qualified transportation personnel in senior or upper management let alone branch level, seems like as if all managers are there for the ride that they have yet to contribute much profit let alone expertise. hope it turns around

      Strong Graduate/Management trainee programme which gives knowledge and experience to candidates of several business units and customers. High focus on training and building experience for management of the future, whilst all the while adding value to the business. Opportunities for work worldwide.

      Cons

      Progression can be stifled if individuals are unwilling to move around the country gaining the best possible experience.

      Pros

      Joining the Fast Track Talent Programme (FTTP), following my degree, gave an opportunity to experience various management positions in varying operational and central roles whilst developing and training in key core skill and attitudes. Following the 2 year, 4 6 month placement programme, I was able to find a permanent full time role within the business. With further internal promotion, and continuous training, support and development, I have been able to continue driving my career in the right direction.

      Cons

      All jobs encounter times when there may be travel required or longer hours, but at XPO you get out what you put in, so there really are no cons.
