Like many other corporations, management at a global level attempts to standardize ideas across different areas of the world without identifying key marketing/cultural differences. This almost never works in a positive way. In addition, the overall bureaucracy really limits product lines to grow & becomes unbearable in times of desperation. There is also a lack of a defined career progression program.

Never had the time to be able to take vacations and company would not buy back vacation time. company was set up in local regions under the "good ole boy" it was either you were acepted into their little club or they would try daily to make trouble for you.
