How can a company that is ran like this still be in business...

The benefits are nice & there are some great people working there.

Cons

This company is ran very poorly. Upper-management is completely disconnected with their employees. I don't understand how a company like this can still be in business. Don't even get me stated on employee safety! There is no REAL safety training & no REAL safety coverage. I might multiple safety coordinators while I worked there & I can honestly say they have no idea what they are doing.

Some of the people on the lower positions were super friendly but higher positions were greedy and corrupt.

Cons

You have to keep to yourself or else someone will snitch and you'll get fired.
