Pros

Learn at your own pace, get involved with everything. The only limit is your willingness to learn. Older workers are still able to make meaningful contributions.

Cons

Poor salary advancement. Remuneration needs to be done in a more transparent manner. HR is not supportive or proactive. Union is oppressed rather than allowed to exercise their worker’s rights.

Morale is negative, no advancement opportunities, can't even get a title change after graduating college and gaining degrees (2). But nextgen comes in and they are willing to help them and not the employees who have grown with the company as well as gaining education and skills
