Everything. I was lied about severance pay and made to come back to newfoundland thinking I was working but then told I was let go.

Poor management, lack of communication, no company culture, no stability (been through 3-4 cuts within my 2 years of being with the company), old technology/systems, slow progression, standards/processes not practiced regularly, limited growth

Pros

You can bounce around within the company and learn many sides of the oilfield industry. It is easy to excel in the company if you take advantage of all the training programs that we now offer. The new Graduate program we have is one of the best things we have started.

Cons

Stock Price. We are a bit too diverse. Salaries are way below average compared to competitors. Bonus program is lacking or nonexistent. Communication is a problem due to so many PL's.
