      Pros

      Good Team, pay was fair.

      Cons

      Company has lost many technical people making new projects difficult to complete on time. Management is now pushing people into roles they are not ready for that a are important to the business. This does not work well in the highly regulated Pharma world.

      Good pay and Benefits, but that is it.

      Cons

      Upper management has no idea how to perform their job functions. They sign contracts with customers with no regard to how the projects will be completed, nor the resources necessary to complete them. Projects become the responsibility of mid-level technical staff or managers whom are given no support or resources to complete them to customer satisfaction. When the customer complains, upper management assign "all" available resources to mitigate the problem, but since this is a weekly occurrence nothing gets finished. I would recommend that you DO NOT consider a position in this facility at any level. Please note this review is for the Rochester NY site only.

      Very dysfunctional atmosphere, where everything is a priority and strategies and work focus change almost daily. Unrealistic timelines are the norm and stem from upper managements lack of knowledge when making commitments to customers. Expect to be blamed for upper management’s poor decisions
