We work hard to ensure our employees are treated with dignity, respect and fairness. Our policies and expectations are very clear. As a manufacturer of critical medicines that serve the community, we set those expectations and behaviors as if our child might be taking medicines we helped produce. The federal regulations expect no less than us and our teams, and as such there is no tolerance allowed for anything that would put our public at risk.
