      Pros

      Good benefits and pay for very simple work.

      Cons

      HR is no good at their job. Almost everyone you talk to is new because there is such a high turnover rate. Apparently you’ll get fires for just about anything. Working under the pressure of possibly losing your job over nothing is intense. Their hr lady called me three times in a three day period of time and sent me three emails as well during that period of time, which is just very aggressive and annoying as well.

      Pros

      For the most part fellow colleagues are great to work with. Most seem emotionally invested, work hard and want to help the company succeed. Recent leadership changes at the site will hopefully drive the facility in the right direction, both in terms of success with business and success with people.

      Cons

      There are specific departments that are struggling to change and adapt their attitudes and processes to the faster paced changes that are required being a small CMO instead of part of a larger Bio-pharma. Work loads are heavy. Salaried positions can expect to work upwards of 65 + hours a week consistently if you want to do your job well and try to keep up with daily tasks and projects.
