      Pros

      I have been working as Sr. Product Engineer in this organization for the last two years and so far it has been a fantastic journey in helping me to enhance knowledge and providing me an opportunities to solve real world data and business problems. This is the perfect place for people who love to apply innovative ideas to solve business problems using the latest technologies. We make use of data mining, hadoop, hbase and many more to technologies to analyze data and derive at valuable insights. The management is awesome and has the complete vision about the road-map in-order to be always ahead of competition.

      The company is good to boast about technologies and big data work.

      Cons

      The company is completely fake. They fake about things, technologies and environment in ugam office. Most of the people from technology have already left and hard 4-5 tech people will be remaining. Think before u join. This should be ur last choice.

      U have to suck up to your boss to get promoted. No growth, high level politics even HR Is involved so you can't get help from anyone. Appraisal is sad .. Worst company to work
