      Market research company which deals with same kind of projects. Survey designs with different questions. Not for engineers and professional degree holders.

      Cons

      Long shifts, Same work. Market research companies are limited in India, and so you cant even imagine about switching over to someother company.

      250 INR Night shift allowance Staff is very helpful, co-operative, HR (Talent acquisition) team is very awesome, interactive. HR policies are OK. No knowledge hiding Growth exist

      Long hours work. Appraisals are not up to the mark
