      Work long hours and can't leave company due to hr policy

      Pros

      Many projects, big market research clients. Tax friendly salary structure.

      Cons

      Work long hours regularly.. 12 hours daily.. Deliberately promote senior execs to Team Leader without significant hike in salary.. Just to increase notice period to 90 days. Recently policy introduced which says that Relieving letter won't be given even if Manager agrees to wave off notice period after proper handover.

      - Leadership lacks visibility and doesn't percolate the same to their employees. - Not able to retain attrition due to low packages

      Pros

      Initially offered salary is good if he/she is as good as fresher. Flexibility about timings/shifts.

      Cons

      Appraisals are as bad as anything. No talks about innovations & no exposure to career growth activities. False promises & skeptical about being subsidized or about giving additional facilities. Lot of time sitting idle, feels frustrated.
