Pros
Super friendly work culture Good environment for starters. Freshers are treated nicely, trained by technical gurus and encouraged to be proactive. For programmers there are plenty opportunities to switch teams and learn more as there are a lot of different clients working on different platforms. Good to take a competitive fast paced corporate experience. Provide home drop/pick up facilities.
Cons
Salaries are lower than market. Growth is dependent upon your team and manager too. You may feel stuck at times. Rotational shifts. Those who say no to night shifts have little scope to grow vertically. No formal people management training is given. Even if you have a role of a team lead or manager on paper most of the times you will spend programming. since the domain is not huge, very few people make a switch to other companies after a few years. Thus too many experienced /higher management people around. This makes growth for new members even more difficult. The compensation is related to promotions.
