      If you have a good project and you are working under a good TL, life will be easy. At times there is a lot of work pressure to meet deadlines. However, at other times when there is no input from client, you will be free (yes you will be absolutely free)! Overall, I am happy with the facilities provided and the freedom given to manage my work schedule (flexible timings). - Flexible timings - No dress code - Good canteen in Mumbai

      * Excellent work environment, no pressure, cultured

      Cons

      * shift timings , mostly you have to work in night shift ( they pay Night Shift Allowance 5000 monthly ) if you are ready to work in night shift then its good to be here. * Growth is slow, you have to work at same designation for years with less growth in salary as well.
