      Pros

      1. Flexible timings 2. You'll be able to work with US, UK and Australia clients 3. Will be able to travel to the on-shore team 4. WFH available 5. Multiple offices in India

      Cons

      1. Biased behavior - favouritism! 2. Can be moved to other departments without an intimation 3. Too much of politics as the ones who are working since inception are given top most priority 4. The management needs to be revamped 5. Comfortability here will hamper your growth

      Pros

      Nice learning experience. A few good people are still there who can be very helpful.

      Cons

      Too much pressure from the higher ups. They just treat you like cheap labour. I get do not honour your joining letter as they never gave the hike they promised. Discrimination is deeply rooted in the organisation even though you put in 12 hour work days. No wonder they have a 35% attrition rate. It’s going down and I’d rather stay jobless now than join Ugam
