Pros

Overall nice people, good pay,

Cons

Incompetent people promoted to leadership positions based on internal politics. Managers who have no idea what their direct reports roles require. Too much favoritism in-group/out-group politics.

Pros

Owned by a company that knows their space,

Cons

Refusal to work with their more successful parent company (SQS) has made this small, boutique firm irrelevant.

Thank you for your feedback, we always value concerns/comments, as we strive to continuously improve and to be a great place to work. We are proud to be part of the SQS family and have been very active to bring together all aspects of this global entity to benefit our employees and clients. We are playing key roles in our new global vision, strategy and go to market message, the INSPIRE program for continuous improvement and bringing together the US as a single entity, leveraging the best SQS has to offer. We are sorry to hear this is how you feel, and hope you know our door is always open to discuss any disturbances you may have. Thank you for your time here at Trissential.

Pros

There have some fantastic people that work here! Co-workers are hard working and almost overly dedicated based on what they get in return.

Cons

There are some unaddressed issues with management. Until they fix the negative working environment that it creates, they will continue to lose people. If you can get beyond that, people who have perfectionist tendencies and work best under a micromanagement style will be more successful. Be prepared to dress to impress on a daily basis as a lot of merit is put into tailoring and shined shoes.
