Pros

Owned by a company that knows their space,

Cons

Refusal to work with their more successful parent company (SQS) has made this small, boutique firm irrelevant.

Thank you for your feedback, we always value concerns/comments, as we strive to continuously improve and to be a great place to work. We are proud to be part of the SQS family and have been very active to bring together all aspects of this global entity to benefit our employees and clients. We are playing key roles in our new global vision, strategy and go to market message, the INSPIRE program for continuous improvement and bringing together the US as a single entity, leveraging the best SQS has to offer. We are sorry to hear this is how you feel, and hope you know our door is always open to discuss any disturbances you may have. Thank you for your time here at Trissential.

Pros

My team has been wonderful and supportive. Usually after I start a contract my contract company doesn't do much except contact me if I don't turn in a timesheet. At Trissential they check in monthly and I know they would be there if I had any issues. They even helped me find a second contract after my initial contract ended.

Cons

I don't have anything negative to say about Trissential
