For experienced professionals who want to have a voice and an opportunity to each be an integral member of a team, I would tell you it is an excellent place to work.
Cons
Trissential is not a huge corporation and as such you do not have a comfort level if you are not in a billable position for an extended time, however, this is no different than the big 5 or any other firm these days, as they all have revenue targets. The good news with Trissential is that you can be entrepreneurial, find creative opportunities for yourself, and ultimately be able to help guide your own path forward, while still having the perks of health care and other items that you might find more difficult of you were independent.
