Pros
real nice atmosphere to work especially if you like customer service you always have a good schedule to work with and owners, at least our owner, was always willing to help you and accomodate to any schedule preference that best suits you and i think that alone really helps you in the process of becoming a better employee, i have known or seen other places where management doesnt really care much about their employees but from day one i saw that subway was always willing to help in that regard, plus the fact that if you work full time you can get to eat for free
Cons
sometimes working lon hours and have to have a lot of respect for people, sometimes you get customers that are hard to deal with, some of them are rude and dont really know any manners as to how to ask for things and stuff and many times we would go for a whole day without even hearing a please or a thank you and that sometimes can be a downside for people that are sensitive but overall i think that if only one customer is thankfull and really appreciates what you do for them that can make your day and will help you get by
