Pros

You get free food and the people could make the day go by faster.

Cons

There's only a ten minute break for an eight hour shift. And working with people sucks because they're way too picky about their food. You should leave to a different location but be graceful because management ALWAYS calls! Be brief, to the point, and as honest as you can without hurting yourself. Refer back to the planning phase of your job search. where you considered this topic as you set your reference statements. If you were laid off in an across-the-board cutback, say so; otherwise, indicate that the move was your decision, the result of your action. Do not mention personality conflicts. The interviewer may spend some time probing you on this issue, particularly if it is clear that you were terminated. The "We agreed to disagree" approach may be useful. Remember hat your references are likely to be checked, so don't concoct a story for an interview.

Pros

If you need to some cash and want to serve people sandwiches . Become a "Sandwich Artist", Deal with people that are as big as Jared (whom had outside influences other then the sandwiches) have these people get a sandwich with X amount of calories then add mayo and other sauces to bring up some more Calories. Then to have them drink a soda pop. Wow these people are eating healthy.

Cons

Customers at certain locations quite frankly can make your shift much more stressful as well as longer than it really should be. Keep in mind that the subway smell stays on you like when a relative is cooking fish.

Pros

It a great temporary job if you are just going to be a cashier/server, which means if your just in highschool go for it but if you over 18 and aren't the manager than it isn't worth it. Almost everything that affects how much you enjoy working at a subway is based on how your manager is.

Cons

If you have a bad manager you are most likely to have a bad time working at subway. No matter how much fun you have when the manager isn't around, if your manager doesn't like you as one of his employees then you are in trouble.
