Pros

Free sandwiches, getting an inside view of how one of the world's most successful franchises operates. Customers tended to really like Subway.

Cons

The pay is horrible and you will be moving and you will be hustling like crazy if you work at a busy subway for pennies, I guess this probably like most minimum wage fast food type jobs.

Pros

The managers of my store were very friendly and were extremely flexible with hours. Believe it or not, people really love their sandwiches, and its really neat to help them get exactly what they want. A good sandwich can really make ones day.

Cons

Salary was extremely low, minimum wage, and it took a lot of time and work for a raise. Slicing onions can also get pretty old.
