      Pros

      Very dynamic, forward thinking company that provides great salaries and a good work-life balance. Although the office culture can be a feel a bit "stiff" at times, the overall feel on a day-to-day basis is quite fast-paced and fun.

      Cons

      Difficult to sustain the pace/workload that managment seems to thrive on. Sometimes it was hard to see the real direction for the company.

      -Job Stability due to consistent revenue growth -Smart, talented people particularly in area of Finite Element Analysis -Well respected Product -Good time-off policies and work-life balance.

      Cons

      -Salaries and raises are on the lower side. -Too many technology and management changes. Hopefully this will stabilize and become more reasonable in coming future.
