High turnover in finance

Pros

It is sad to share that finance department have nothing good about.

Cons

1.Rude local finance management 2. No leadership/no management skills set in finance 3. Delay in staff claim payment 4. Giving alot of stupid excuse to reject or delay claim payment 5. Give stupid excuse to delay new hirer and leaver salary payment 6.Fail to recognize issue within the organization 7. Finance management refuse to communicate

Pros

Some of the remaining people were decent enough to work with, most were not. The pay and benefits were ok, not great but not terrible either.

Cons

Toxic company culture, zero work-life balance, little to no opportunity for advancement (unless you’re willing to suck up to the right people), departments are shockingly terrible at trying to work together.

Extreamly bad

Pros

They pay a wage at the end of the month

Cons

Over all a poor company to work for. One rule for one one rule for another. Extreamly unsympathetic to personal problems, staff are treated like kids, stupid parking rules, to much red tape, to many hoops to jump through and a two hour strip down can take up to 3 days due to red tape and waiting on other people. The director is more of a dictator!
