Some of the remaining people were decent enough to work with, most were not. The pay and benefits were ok, not great but not terrible either.

Toxic company culture, zero work-life balance, little to no opportunity for advancement (unless you’re willing to suck up to the right people), departments are shockingly terrible at trying to work together.

Opportunities to work with a variety of engineering departments including production, test, quality, and industrialization.
Occasional overtime opportunities.

High stress due to production deadlines, especially at the end of month.
Miscommunications due to constant reprioritizing of needs.
Difficult to move from short term (1 year+ only) contracts to full time positions.
