Pros

People are treated very well at Safran. They might not be the highest paying Aerospace company in the USA, but they have great benefits, management, and people. And still, the pay is usually competitive.

Cons

The headquarters are in France and therefore you need to be open to a different culture. Additionally, French and English are used sometimes in communications.

Large organization means there are lots of opportunities if you work hard and get noticed, you can move up and around to other positions and teams, which keeps work interesting.

Cons

The downside to a large organization is that its not always easy to get noticed and you never know how your team lead is going to be. Some leads are great and some are barely knowledgable.
