      Pros

      big company, so lots of positions to grow into. They offer good training.

      Cons

      Very frat like mentality and political. If you play those games you will fit in well and move up. Unnecessary complex in doing everything and incapable of simple design/decision process. Typically slow to react to market realities and then cook of grand complex ambitions at peak of markets and first to adjust on the downside.

      Fast paced learning environment, Emphasis on training, lot of responsibility early on. Newest technologies. Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      There is almost zero work life balance. Relationships are tough unless your partner is understanding. Long hours, long days, long months.
