Horrible Management

Pros

- The only thing I can think about is if you need experience as a fresh out of school Consultant or Developer, Processia may be a temporary option but not long term as there is no room to grow.

Cons

Where do I even start... - It doesn't feel like a team. - Management/Administration aren't open to constructive criticism. - The company expects to make top dollar with outdated technology from 10 to 15 years ago, when asking for updated tools, you're frowned upon and shut down immediately. - Absolutely no vision for the future on expanding the company, it's currently shrinking. - An extreme amount of employee turnovers, all new employees seem to be laid off 1 week prior to completing a full year. Easily 50-60 from mid 2017 alone. - You will be shown the door if you attempt to even talk about a salary increase. - They will find every excuse possible not to give anybody their bonus. - Management like to trash talk former employees behind their backs.

We are sorry you feel that way towards Processia and wish you would have shared openly this feedback during your tenure. We are in a mindset of continuous improvement as we have many global initiatives ongoing and would love to understand what made you believe that we don’t welcome constructive feedback. In addition, being in a people business, we recognize that our employees are our strength, and invest in them. As an example, we are about to launch Processia Academy, which will support the development of our employees. Furthermore we bought a compensation survey to ensure that we are in line with our competitors. Your comments on bonuses and salary increases are very borderline and not fact-based. Your statistics on attrition are not accurate as well as your perception on company growth: our retention rate is in line with the average in our sector and we work on reducing it. Still, we are expanding, and your theory on lay off shortly before 1-year tenure is not only fanciful, it would be merely foolish while having just trained people. As we grow, more career opportunities are opening as well as global mobility, and our recent nominations of managers in our various geos are good examples. Respect is one of our core believes. Then it has to be a two-way street. Thus, we are aware that our dynamic environment requires ongoing agility, intrapreneurship and team spirit – and is not a fit for all.

Pros

Nice office and large cafeteria

Cons

Not a serious company, never paid my commissions, always finding an excuse to not giving you your raise. They would like to have everyone billable 100% of the time if not you're out. No mid management, the CEO is hijacking all of the work (micro management). They're showing a company that shines but internally it is the complete chaos.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We value your opinion and always try to build on suggestions of improvement. Though, we are really surprised by your comment on commissions payments, as we of course fulfill our commitments. In addition, we recently had our salary revision process completed, rewarding good performance and embodiment of our values in our various geos. While we are putting more structure wherever it is needed, we want as well to ensure that we stay agile and achieve our growth ambitions. We are sorry if you felt it was chaotic, but we need to constantly adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Good opportunity to grow

Pros

Processia is a growing company with its set of challenges, but offers good opportunities for employees wanting to grow. Due to the size of the company, internal processes do not limit you and there is an openness from the management to address issues, change, adapt and improve. The team is a tight nit group of consultants that are dedicated to the success of their teammates, hard workers they are committed to their projects. I believe Processia to be a stimulating environment and a good place to contribute to an expanding organization. Building on a good foundation of values, shared with engaged employees, I believe Processia to be on the path to success

Cons

Fast pace company, eager and willing to take risks, but still needs to mature its project management processes to ensure overall project success.
