      Pros

      The company is great & they're always trying to improve you. The pay is good too.

      Cons

      There's no set schedule & everyone has to work weekends except for only one specific employee, not fair at all. There should be rotation of schedule with ALL employees

      Higher than minumum pay, benefits after 90 days of employment, bonuses, free meals on the clock, paid workshops and training for managers, prefers to promote from within

      Cons

      If management position, it is very hard to have a good work/ life balance for managers especially with families (spouse young kids) but it is doable as with most restaurant jobs

      Our DM said we are not a loud to be friends with our coworkers because hanging out outside of work caused a conflict of interest so our manager started transferring people. You have no room for mistakes, if you mess up you get a write up. Customers are rude but that probably goes for all fast food places. They're not flexible at all, I don't request days off but when I do I never get them.
