      -friendly manager, chiefs, and co-workers -flexible hours -constantly alert and on your feet -free meals -competitve pay

      Cons

      -never any free time, always something to do even when there's no customers -overwhelmed with dishes -gets repetitive

      You have good pay and benefits too. There is places to grow if you are Asia.

      You will be working 6 day work weeks and will have to be in the store from open to close.

      While the say its a very hard interview, it was anything less than unprofessional an tacky.

      They expect you to know the full menu and in store routines like if you have worked there for years from the first try.
